JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is filed for calling for the records relating to FIR No.195/2017 on the file of 1st respondent police station and consequently quash the docket order dtd. 23/12/2016 in CF NO.3576/2016 on the file of III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole and consequential proceedings in FIR No.195/2017 on the file of Ongole Taluq Police Station, Prakasam District.

(2.) This Court vide order dtd. 12/6/2017 has granted interim stay of all further proceedings in Crime No.195 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Ongole Taluq Police Station, Prakasam District, until further orders.

(3.) Heard Sri P. Nagender Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.
