JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition is filed under Ss. 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('CrPC') seeking anticipatory bail to petitioner in an unregistered crime.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though no crime is registered against the petitioner, the Police, Disha Police Station, Ananthapuram have been frequently calling the petitioner to the police station, in connection with the financial matters pertaining to one Anjaneyulu with the petitioner.
