JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition, under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C. (New Sec. 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023), is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.7 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.98 of 2024 of Venkatagiri Police Station, Tirupathi District, registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 417, 420, 465, 467, 447, 323 and 354 read with 34 I.P.C.
