T. FAKRUDDIN Vs. DIST. COLLECTOR KURNOOL

JUDGEMENT

(1.) WP.No.29317 of 2011 is filed by the workers of Yemmigannur Spinning Mills, Kurnool District, seeking a direction to the official respondents to protect the properties of Yemmigannur Spinning Mills until the recovery of money due to the workers totalling Rs.81,43,200.00 is recovered. The inaction on the part of the official respondents in not taking any action to recover amounts due from Yemmigannur Spinning Mills is also challenged.

(2.) WP.No.31846 of 2012 is filed by the workers seeking similar relief as sought in WP.No.29317 of 2011. However, an amount of Rs.59,21,315.00 is sought to be directed to be paid to the workers represented by the 1st petitioner and to further pay an amount of Rs.9,44,956.00 towards payment of gratuity to the workers represented by the petitioner No.2.

(3.) WP.No.3795 of 2012 is filed by Yemmigannur Spinning Mills Limited, challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent in PW.No.155 of 2009 to PW.No.195 of 2009 dtd. 11/1/2011, reviewing the order dtd. 19/10/2010 without issuing any notice to the petitioner.
