JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition, under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C., is filed seeking to enlarge the petitioner/A.1 on anticipatory bail in Crime No.9 of 2023 of Ananthapur IV Town Police Station, Ananthapuram District, registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 406 and 420 I.P.C.
