(3.) Crime No.126 of 2024 of Gopalapatnam Police Station, Visakhapatnam Commissionerate was registered for the offence punishable under Sec. 20(b)(ii)(B) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'the NDPS Act'). There are four accused in the said crime. The petitioners herein are A1 and A2.
