JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Writ Appeals are directed against the Order dtd. 2/2/2023 passed in W.P.No.18875 of 2021 by a learned Single Judge of this Court. The Appeals are filed by Respondent Nos.1 and 2 i.e. State and Respondent Nos.3 and 4 respectively.

(2.) The parties herein are referred to as per the nomenclature in the Writ Petition.
