JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure against the order dated 07.03.2013 passed in I.A.No.164/2008 in A.S.No.119/2007 on the file of the Court of the II Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Adoni.

(2.) I have heard Sri Surendra Desai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/defendant and Sri B.Vijayabhaskar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/plaintiff.

(3.) The revision petitioner is the defendant and the respondent is the plaintiff in the suit. For the sake convenience, the parties are referred to as "plaintiff and defendant".
