JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/accused No.3 in Crime No.107 of 2009, on the file of the Station House Officer, Kovvur Rural Police Station, West Godavari District registered against him for the offences punishable under Section 489(B) and 489(C) IPC.

(2.) HEARD the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent -State and perused the material placed on record.

(3.) SUBJECT to the observations, the bail application is rejected.
