JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two appeals arise out of a common judgment, dated 11-2-1998, in O.S. No.25 of 1991, passed by the First Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy at Saroornagar, Hyderabad.

(2.) The appellants in A.S. No.1025 of 1999 are the plaintiffs while the appellants in A.S. No.1433 of 1998 are the defendants in O.S. No.25 of 1991.

(3.) For the sake of convenience, the parties will be referred to as arrayed in the suit.
