JUDGEMENT

(1.) No representation for Revision Petitioners. Sri T.Balakrishna, learned counsel representing Smt.Thota Suneetha, learned counsel for respondent present. Verification of information in CIS would show that the suit in O.S.286/2012 on the file of Addl.Senior Civil Judge's Court, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, was disposed of on 26/3/2021. This revision is directed against an order passed in I.A.No.779/2015, dtd. 21/12/2015, filed U/o.XIII C.P.C. to demark a document already marked in the evidence of D.W-1. Since the suit itself was disposed on 26/3/2021, this revision becomes infructuous.

(2.) In that view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
