JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition is filed seeking bail under Ss. 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('CrPC') to the petitioner/A.3 in Crime No.10 of 2023 of SHO Special Enforcement Bureau, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam City registered for the offence punishable under Sec. 22 (b) R/w 8 (c) of NDPS Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State.

(3.) The case of prosecution is that the petitioner is involved in the offence of selling Pentazocine Lactate Injections. It is further case that the petitioner is not involved in this case alone, but also another case in Crime No.9 of 2023 of Station House Officer, Special Enforcement Bureau, Gopalapatnam Visakhapatnam for the similar offence.
