JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused No.1 in Crime No.67 of 2023 of Special Enforcement Bureau Station, Ichapuram, Srikakulam District, filed the present application under Ss. 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to release her on bail.

(2.) The said crime was registered for the offence punishable under Sec. 8(c) read with Sec. 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Physhotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'N.D.P.S. Act").
