JUDGEMENT

(1.) BOTH these appeals arise out of a common order dated 18 -10 -2012 passed by the Court of V Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar, in I.A. Nos.2469 and 2470 of 2007 in O.S. No.1055 of 2007.

(2.) WHILE C.M.A. No.283 of 2013 is filed by defendants 4, 5 and 7, C.M.A. No.284 of 2013 is filed by defendants 5, 74, 85, and 86.

(3.) FOR the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as arrayed in the suit.
