JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision petition is filed challenging the order and decree dated 22-11-2002 passed by the court of Junior Civil Judge, Podili, Prakasam District in I.A.No.108/2002 inO.S.No. 68/2000.

(2.) By the impugned order, the court below dismissed the I.A. filed by the plaintiff under Order 6 Rule 17 C.P.C., seeking amendment of the plaint. Aggrieved by the order of dismissal, the plaintiff filed this revision petition.

(3.) The parties shall be referred to as per their array in the original suit, for convenience.
