JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw Guardian O.P.No.4 of 2022 from the Court of the VI Additional District Judge, Gooty, Anantapuramu District, and transfer the same to the Court of the Principal District Judge or any other competent Court having jurisdiction at Kurnool.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

(3.) In compliance of the order, dtd. 5/7/2022 of this Court, personal notice was issued to the respondent by the petitioner's counsel through the registered post with acknowledgment due. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo vide U.S.R.No.45983 of 2022, which shows the notice was served on the respondent. In spite of service of notice, there is no appearance for the Respondent.
