JUDGEMENT

(1.) This criminal petition is filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

(2.) The petitioners are A-1 and A-2 in Crime No.62 of 2021 of Mothugudem Police Station, East Godavari District.

(3.) A case under Sec. 8(c) read with Sec. 20(b)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short "NDPS' Act) was registered against them in the above crime.
