JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition, under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking anticipatory bail, in Crime No.14 of 2022 of Nagari Urban Police Station, Chittoor district.

(2.) A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and another for the offences punishable under Ss. 420 and 409 read with 34 IPC.

(3.) The accusations made as against the accused as per the FIR are that both the accused Nos.1 and 2, who worked as Manager and Cashier respectively in Axis Bank, Prakasam Road branch, Nagari Municipality, Chittoor district, colluded together and misappropriated an amount of Rs.14,50,000.00 by issuing fabricated fixed deposits to the customers.
