JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition, under Ss. 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ( for short "CrPC"), is filed seeking to release the petitioner/A.2 on bail in crime No.66 of 2022 of Rampachodavaram police station.

(2.) It is alleged that on 18/4/2022 at about 3.00 PM near Chadala Ramayamma Cashew Garden, Rampachodavaram, the petitioner/A.2 and others were found transporting 100 KGs of Ganja containing in five Polythin bags in Commander Jeep bearing Registration No.AP26AG 1503. Thereupon, police arrested them and seized the contraband and cell phones from their possession.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is completed in the subject crime and charge sheet is also filed, and the petitioner was remanded on 18/4/2022 and since then he is in jail.
