JUDGEMENT

(1.) In compliance of the order dtd. 24/2/2022, Sri. Sameer Sarma, Chief Secretary of the State of Andhra Pradesh personally appeared before this Court.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. G.V.S. Kishore Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh Education and Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation.

(3.) Sri. C. Sumon, learned counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner raised in this Writ Petition is resolved by releasing payments to the petitioner on 4/3/2022.
