JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Ss. 482 r/w 457 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking release of Good Carriage Vehicle LMV bearing registration No.AP 39 TF 1165 seized in FIR No.1596 of 2021 of Special Enforcement Bureau Station, Rajamahendravaram South, East Godavari District by permitting the petitioner to furnish the third party surety before the 2nd respondent.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

(3.) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no dispute about the ownership of the vehicle. Apart from that he also filed copy of the registration certificate of the vehicle bearing No. AP 39 TF 1165.
