JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings issued in Rc.No.541/2019/EGS/D, dated 17.01.2020 of the 3rd Respondent and to direct the Respondents not to proceed with the construction of Grama Sachivalayam at Type II Building instead of existing Type III building, situated at Krishnapuram Village, Ponduru Mandal, Srikakulam District.
