P.W. 2 Myadari Narayana is the younger brother of P.W. 1. The accused is the son of P.W.1's younger sister. About three months prior to the date of incident, due to some disputes, the deceased scolded the accused and keeping the same in mind, the accused set fire to the hayrick of the deceased and also removed a guava plant.
