JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ appeal is directed against the order dt.28.9.2010 passed by the Hon'ble Sinlge Judge, in W.P. No.8231 of 2005.

(2.) Respondent - writ petitioner filed the writ petition to declare the action of the respondents in not adjusting the import energy during the months of August 202 and November 2003 against the banked energy of the writ petitioner and raising the bills for the said two months against the petitioner, as arbitrary, illegal and without jurisdiction.
