JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two writ petitions raise a common question and therefore, can be disposed of by a common judgment.

(2.) The petitioners 2 to 75 in W.P. No. 5514 of 1968 are the ministerial staff in the establishment of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. They are also members of the 1st petitioner association.

(3.) The petitioners 2 to 105 in W.P. No. 5565 of 1968 are workmen in the establishment of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. They are members of the 1st petitioner Mazdoor Union.
