The petitioner seeks a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 9 in not considering the representation, dtd. 2/3/2021 of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner.
