JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C is filed seeking bail in the event of arrest of the petitioners.

(2.) The petitioners are accused 1 and 2 in Crime No.389/2020 of Ravulapalem Police Station, East Godavari District.

(3.) The above crime was registered against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of IPC.
