JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the petitioner Mr. R. Mahanty. Also heard the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.3, Mr. N. Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 and Mr. N. Harinath, learned Assistant Solicitor General for respondent No.5.

(2.) In view of the fact that the elections were already conducted to the Grampanchayats, the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition.

(3.) Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 to 5 do not have any objection.
