JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) A perusal of the material placed before the Court show that the petitioner is suffering with HIV and jaundice and as such required medical attention immediately.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, does not dispute the same, but, however, submits that the said ailments can be treated in the Government General Hospital, Guntur.
