JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") is filed seeking quash of the F.I.R. in Crime No.11 of 2021 of Mydukur (U/G) Police Station, YSR Kadapa District.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

(3.) The petitioner is A-1 in Crime No.11 of 2021 of Mydukur (U/G) Police Station, YSR Kadapa District. A case in the above crime was registered against the petitioner under Sections 328, 188 and 273 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 20(2) of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003. The said case is now under investigation.
