(1.) Heard Mr. D.S.N.V. Prasad Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) This Public Interest Litigation is filed with the following prayer :

Averments made in the petition go to show that the Committee constituted under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble Sri Justice D.P.Vadhwa, Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, has submitted a report stating that the allegations about "Pink Diamond"? are all false. Another committee was formed with Hon'ble Sri Justice M.Jagannadha Rao, Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, to conduct an enquiry on the "Dollars Scam"? along with "Pink Diamond"?. The said committee also did not find the identity of "Pink Diamond"? in the records of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam from 1952 to till date.
