(2.) This appeal is presented against an interim order dtd. 20/1/2021 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.23922 of 2020.

(3.) It is not in dispute that an I.A., being I.A.No.1 of 2021, was filed before the learned single Judge on 24/2/2021, seeking vacation of the interim order under appeal, and the same is pending consideration.
