JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against an order dtd. 20/2/2020 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.16176 of 2014, whereby the writ petition challenging G.O.Ms.No.30, Irrigation and Command Area Development (IW: Services VI 1) Department dtd. 29/5/2014, ordering for prosecution of the petitioner (appellant herein) was dismissed.
