JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard Mr. Challa Sivasankar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. G.L. Nageswara Rao, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents 1 to 4 and also Mr. V. Nitesh, learned counsel for respondents 5 to 7.

(2.) I.A.No.1 of 2021 is an application praying to dispose of W.P.No.44174 of 2018 as closed in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has got instructions not to press this Writ Petition.
