(1.) Heard Mr. B. Parameswara Rao, learned counsel for the applicant, and Mr. T.S. Rayalu, learned counsel representing Mr. W.B. Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) This is an application for appointment of an arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the applicant and the respondents. On 5/3/2021, the following order was passed:
