JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the appellants. Also heard Mr. D. Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for respondent/writ petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents No.2 to 5.

(2.) This writ appeal is filed assailing the order dated 04.02.2021 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.13643 of 2020. This appeal is filed along with an application being I.A.No.2 of 2021 seeking leave to appeal as the appellants were not party respondents in the writ petition.

(3.) By order dated 05.03.2021, the registry was directed to list this case along with the record in W.P.No.13643 of 2020.
