JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed against the action of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 in not considering the representation, dtd. 15/4/2021 submitted by the petitioner.

(2.) Heard Ms.Adarsitha, K, learned counsel, representing Sri K.V. Aditya Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner on record, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 3, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 5 and Sri I. Koti Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent and perused the material available on record.

(3.) The main relief sought in this writ petition by the petitioner is non-consideration of his representation, dtd. 15/4/2021 by him to the respondent Nos.4 and 5.
