JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the judgment dated 9.7.2010 in OP No.1049 of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Khammam.

(2.) I have heard Sri P. Raghavender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner, and perused the record.

(3.) I have carefully considered the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel with reference to the material on record.
