JUDGEMENT

(1.) This election petition relates to the election of Member of Legislative Council from 18-Nizamabad Local Authority Constituency, Nizamabad and it is filed under the Representation of People Act, 1951.

(2.) Reddygari. Venkat Ram Reddy, the petitioner herein, who lost the election by one vote, filed the present election petition.
