(1.) HEARD both sides. This second appeal is directed against the judgment of the Subordinate Judge (now, Senior Civil Judge), Proddutur dated 15.10.1988 in A.S. No. 81 of 1986 under which the plaintiff's appeal against the judgment of the Principal District Munsif, Proddutur dismissing the suit has been dismissed.
