JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners in this writ application have inter aha prayed for the following reliefs:

(2.) The contention of the petitioners is that in Survey No.95 of Addanki Village/ town, several brick industries have been set up as a result whereof the well and the tankbed contained therein are being polluted.
