JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest.

(2.) The petitioner is accused No.4 in Crime No.68 of 2020 of III Town Police Station, Proddutur, YSR Kadapa District.

(3.) The alleged offences against him are under Sections 464, 465, 468, 471 r/w.Sec.34 of IPC.
