JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the A-4 in Crime No.88 of 2019 of Chittoor Police station, East Godavari District.

(3.) The offences registered against him are under section 20(b)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short "NDPS Act")
