JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

(2.) The petitioners are A-1 to A-5 in Crime No.207 of 2020 of Tuni Rural Police Station, East Godavari District.

(3.) The offences registered against them are under Sections 8(c) r/w 20 (b) (ii) (C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short "N.D.P.S. Act").
