JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner questioning the proceedings of the 2nd respondent/Dy.Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Ananthapur District at Ananthapur, directing to furnish Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) for Rs.3,00,000.00 for grant of interim custody of his vehicle, Bolero Car bearing registration No.KA 34B 6932, which was seized in connection with Crime No.95 of 2020 on the file of the 4th respondent for the offence punishable under Sec. 34(a) of the Andhra Pradesh Excise (Amendment) Act, 2019.
