JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

(2.) The petitioners are A-1 and A-2 in Crime No.1829 of 2020 of Anakapalli Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam District.

(3.) The offences registered against the petitioners in the above crime are under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) r/w 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short "N.D.P.S. Act").
