JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

(2.) The petitioners are A-1, A-2 and A-7 to A9 in Crime No.41 of 2020 of Paderu Police Station, Visakhapatnam District.

(3.) The offences registered against them are under Sections 8 and 20(B)(i) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short "N.D.P.S. Act").
