JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest.

(2.) The petitioners are accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.159 of 2020 of Anaparthi Police Station, East Godavari District.

(3.) The offences registered against them are under Sections 307, 384, 170, 188 r/w.34 of IPC.
