JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest.

(2.) The petitioner is accused No.2 in Crime No.194/2020 of Dharmajigudem Police Station, West Godavari District.

(3.) The offences registered against him are under Section 7(A) read with Section 8(E) of A.P. Prohibition Act.
