SYED ALTHAF Vs. STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") is filed seeking quash of the F.I.R. in Crime No.213 of 2020 of A.S. Pet Police Station, SPSR Nellore District.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

(3.) A case under Sections 328, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 59(i) of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 was registered against the petitioners. The said case is now under investigation.
